Dear Mr. Davie:
The referenced property appears to contain eight 50 -foot wide by 130 -foot deep platted lots
of record within Atlantic Beach Subdivision “A.” These lots are within the RG -2 Zoning
District and within a Residential, Medium Density Category as designated by the City’s
Comprehensive Plan. Based upon our discussions, the anticipated redevelopment p lan is to
demolish the existing four -unit dwellings, and replace these with a two -family dwelling on
each individual platted lot. In that the lots meet the required lot width and depth, as well as
lot area of 6200 square feet, this plan of redevelopment i s consistent with the RG -2 Zoning
District and the Medium Density Comprehensive Plan category, subject of course, to all
other applicable Land Development Regulations and Florida Building Codes. I have
