Re: Private parking on City owned parcel (RE# 170707-0000)
Dear Mr. Hulihan:
It is my understanding that you have declined the City’s lease offer for use of a portion of the
City-owned parcel adjacent to your property for parking associated with your business.
Accordingly, the City of Atlantic Beach must request that you cease the use of this area for
parking.
The offer to lease this area for parking will be available to you should you wish to re-consider
at some point in the future, and provided such future lease would not be in conflict with any
plans the City may have for the property.
