I have reviewed your application for a Building Permit to construct an enclosed porch addition to the
front of your house. Your property, which is Lot 10, Block 5 of the Royals Palms Unit One
subdivision, has a 25-foot Building Restriction Line (BRL) along the front of your lot. I have circled
this notation in red on your survey. This line controls where construction is allowed, and in
accordance with this plat, the City cannot issue permits to construct the porch addition in front of that
line.
