Confirm how the impervious surface calculation was calculated and confirm this includes the pool and hardscape not shown on this survey that has been installed. 2. Provide a staging construction diagram showing proposed locations for a dumpster, port-a-let, laydown area, temporary power meter, etc. Please indicate the approximate duration of construction anticipated (we know it is a guess at this point but what do you think?) 3. All architectural elements should match the existing design and construction in detail and appearance/ color. This should specifically include the following to the extent they aren't already clarified: a. Window proportions and shapes, mutton spacing and construction, etc. b. Roof pitches, eave depth and detail c. Stucco finish d. All colors e. Railing details f. Light fixtures g. Exterior flooring at door 4. How is drainage being impacted off of the roof. Is it possible to show how the roof as modified will drain and where gutters/ downspouts are proposed? An annotated roof plan might accomplish this. 5. What is proposed for the door? Please submit the anticipated door selection and color or designate that it will match the front door if this is the case. 6. OPTIONAL -Has any consideration been made to install shutters or Bahama shutters on the south elevation. There is currently a Bahama shutter on that elevation that will be removed. There should be something used to provide color and interest to that expanded elevation of stucco field. 7. OPTIONAL -As currently designed, the finished hallway exits onto an uncovered porch which will lead to interesting water intrusion issues. At a minimum there should be some visual interest added over the doorway besides just the door frame if possible as this is not a service door to a garage space.
