RE: Pay Adjustments
Dear Mr. Foster:
In reference to your letter of January 14th, 2004, the FOP has no objections
to immediate implementation of the Pay Adjustments. We do, however, wish to add
one additional item to the list.
6.Officers assigned to Motorcycle patrol will receive ten percent (10%)
above their normal pay.
We would stipulate that the five items listed in your correspondence and the
one item listed above, be incorporated into Article 26 of the Collective Bargaining
Agreement.
We are in agreement that these items deserve immediate implementation and
suggest they be retroactive to the date of City Commission action.
