1. CALL TO ORDER
Jessica Ring called the meeting to order.
2. ROLL CALL
Council members went around the room to call the roll.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. Approve minutes of the March 9, 2022 Mayor's Council on Health and Well -Being
meeting.
Jessica Ring asked if there were any changes to the minutes. There were no corrections
to the minutes.

Panel members introduced themselves and gave a 5 minute explanation of their program
and the opportunities it provides to seniors.
B. Council Questions and Discussion
Council members asked the panel questions and discussion ensued. Topics of discussion
included rising rent prices, library funding, training first responders for Alzheimer's and
dementia, funding for maintenance of trees, HABIT program and AgeWell patient
requirements, physical therapy and occupational therapy resources for seniors, resources
for caregivers, and connectivity between programs.
PUBLIC COMMENT
There was no public comment.
OLD BUSINESS
A. March Summary and Recommendations
Steve Piscitelli reviewed the revisions he made to the January, February, and March
meeting summaries. There were no further edits to the January and February summaries.
The council discussed March recommendation #5 and suggested changing "electric -
powered bikes" to encompass all electric modes of micro -mobility. Discussion ensued
and Mayor Glasser said she will schedule a workshop to discuss the issue of electric
modes of micro -mobility.
