THIS EASEMENT, Executed this ~,~~~~`- day of August, A.D. 1864, by INTERSTATE
CONTRACTING COMPANY, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
and having its principal, place of business at Suite 402, 311 West Ashley Building,
Jacksonville 2, Florida, first party, to CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, whose post office address is City Hall, Atlantic Beach, Florida, second
party:
WITNESSETH, That the said first party, for and in consideration of the sum of
$10.00 in hand paid by the said second party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby remise and release unto the said second party a twenty-five foot (25')
easement for drainage and utilities in the County of Duval, State of Florida, and
more particularly described as follows:
A 25 foot Easement for drainage and utilities and being a part of the
Castro-Y-Ferrer Grant, Sec. 3$, Twp. 2 South, Range 29 East in the City
of Atlantic Beach, Florida and being more particularly described as
follows; Beginning at the S.E. corner of Lot a,eBl;ck11A6,1Bf RCYand
palms, Unit 2A, as recorded in Plat Book 31, p 9
1D of the current public records of Duval County, Florida; thence North
$5 deg. 37 min. 27 sec. West and along the South line of said Royal
Palms, Unit 2A, 1546.52'; thence South 7 deg. 16 min. 02 sec. East
25.63 feet; thence South $5 deg. 37 min. 27 sec. East, 1543•$1' to a
point in the Hlest R/W tine of Sailfish Drive East; thence North 1 deg.
05 min. 30 sec. West and along said R/W line, 25.11 feet to the point
of beginning. Except that part lying in and being a part of Royal
Palms Drive Extension.
And the said party of the first part grants unto the party of the second part
the right and privilege of ingress and egress over, through and across the above
described property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same for the purposes aforesaid.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said first party has caused these presents to be
executed in its name, and its corporate seat to be hereunto affixed, by its proper
officers triereunto duly authorized, the day and year first above written.

the foregoing Easement, and he acknowledged executing the same in
the presence of two subscribing witnesses freely and voluntarily
under authority duly vested in him by said corporation, and that
the seal affixed thereto is the true corporate seal of said
corporation.
