We appreciate your reminder with regard to the error in Section 6-37 (4) of the Code and apologize for any inconvenience caused the city thereby. We will be happy to change the word "charge" to "change" with the publication of Supplement No. 6. With regard to page 1437 (Section 24-106 (d) (2) , it appears that the Section was incorrect as originally printed during the recodification project and we do apologize for the inconvenience caused the city thereby. The page was included in Supplement No. 5 due to the inclusion, in the Code, of Ordinance No. 90-86-113 , which (in part) amended Section 24-106 (f) . Inasmuch as Section 24-106 (d) (2) was not set out in the Ordinance, the editor in charge of Supplement No. 5 did not realize that the Section was inaccurate. We will be happy to correct Section 24-106 (d) (2) in accordance with the corrected copy thereof enclosed with your letter. It was noted in reviewing page 1437, that there is a typographical error in the history note to Section 24-105. We will also make the necessary correction in this regard. We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to the City of Atlantic Beach in the upkeep of its Code and trust that you will call on us whenever we may be of any assistance.
