Dear Bill :
I am pleased to advise that 50 copies of the Code were shipped
to you on January 15 , 1985 . Twenty - five copies are bound . The
remaining copies are punched and wrapped for eventual binding.
Enclosed is a suggested ordinance for use in adopting the Code.
Once the Code is adopted , the ordinance should be sent to us for
inclusion in a Supplement. This ordinance , together with copies
of the ordinances of the city enacted subsequent to April 9 ,
1984 , should be forwarded to Mr . Robert Laslie , our Vice
Presisident for supplements , for inclusion in the first
supplement to the new Code . Mr . Laslie will work with you to make
sure that supplements are published on whatever schedule you
desire .
I appreciate the help and assistance you and the other officials
of the city gave to me during the codification process .
