372 Ahern Street UBEX21-0004 Email 2I am writing to object to the above zoning request. I’ve always been informed as a resident here in Atlantic Beach that Airbnb arrangements are not permitted. I have always supported that position. However, if the zoning request above is approved, then I will immediately apply for permission to rent my condo on a short-term basis. I assume that my application will be approved. I suspect many others will follow my lead in requesting a similar arrangement.
