informed as a resident here in Atlantic Beach that Airbnb arrangements
are not permitted. I have always supported that position. However, if
the zoning request above is approved, then I will immediately apply for
permission to rent my condo on a short-term basis. I assume that my
application will be approved. I suspect many others will follow my lead
in requesting a similar arrangement.
