Dear Mr . Russo ,
At your request , I have inspected the triple stemmed Oak in your front yard .
This is three individual trees that grew extremely close together; this creates
a very weak attachment to the ground and sets up the conditions for included
bark , heart rot and fungal infection . These trees exhibit all of these . In my
opinion these trees are unstable and will cause damage to persons and
property when they fail . I would suggest removal at your earliest
convenience .
