Thank you for the opportunity to assess your property, my findings are as follows : The rear 24" DBH
magnolia tree damaging concrete slab and walk way and close proximity to home should be considered
for removal . Lifted walkway liability is hazard to persons . I recommend removal pursuant to Florida
Statute § 163 .045 .
