Inspection reveals the followingt Removal of trees numbered one through four and trimming of
number five .
1 . 34" DBH live oak tree left side of home. The tree is 3 " from edge of roof eve and 1 . 5 ' next to
foundation of home . Complete tree has lean over home . Tree is an unacceptable hazard to
persons and property.
2 . 24" DBH live oak tree front of driveway. Tree has excessive lean toward home, walkway and
driveway. Tree has heart rot at lean point . Tree is an unacceptable risk to persons and property
and a high failure risk.
3 . Tall sabal palm located in the rear has trunk rot and narrow taper, tree has high failure risk.
4 . Tall Sabal palm located in the front left on COAB row is a failure risk due to trunk rot and taper
issues and a hazard to pedestrians and vehicle traffic .
5 . Rear live oak has excessively long leads overhanging home and should be trimmed, cut back to
reduce overhanging weight over home .
The trees number one through four are a hazard and can cause unacceptable damage to persons and
property and should be removed . I recommend removal pursuant to Florida Statute § 163 . 045 .
