Mr. Lewis,
My observations are as follows : The 28" DBH rear water oak tree reveals large area of cankerous
growth and heart rot at 1 /3 height up main trunk . Fruiting bodies , fungus rot visibly present. The said
tree should be considered for removal due to risk hazard to persons and property. 1 recommend removal
pursuant to Florida Statute § 163 , 445 .
