Lewis, My observations are as follows: The 28" IJBH reax water oak tree reveals large area of cankerous growth and heart rot at 1 /3 height up main trunk. Fruiting %odles, fungus rat visibly present. The said tree should be considered for removal due to risk hazard to persons and property. 1 recommend removal pursuant to Florida Statute § 163,445.
