Please accept this letter is in addition to the prev#ous tree evaluation submitted for the McCarthy residence at
2331 Oceanwalk Dr. Atlantic Beach, FL. The purpose of this letter is to specify that the 2 Laurel Oaks are
a definite hazard and it is recommended for the safety of the neighbors that these trees are permitted for
removal. Both trees were trimmed incorrectly in the past and have a severe asymptomatic structure. I would
also like to include this specific species of tree has a history of failures, thus promoting a potential safety hazard.
