The laurel oak tree located left side rear of property, has visible heart rot through lower trunk with
fruiting bodies present . The crown has codominant stems %vith lean towards neighboring property. The
laurel oak tree presents an unacceptable risk to persons and property and should be removed . I
recommend removal pursuant to Florida Statute § 163 . 045 .
