To Whom it May Concern :
Upon inspection of the property, I found seven (7) Palm trees that need to be removed . The
palms are very old and have grown to the point that the heads are starting to bend . The homeowner
previously had a palm tree fall on the neighbor ' s roof. The palms in question should be removed
in order to prevent damage to the homeowner ' s property and the neighbor ' s property as well .
