To Whom It May Concern,
This letter is in regards to one Laurel Oak located rear of the above listed property. It is
approximately 12 inches DBH (Diameter Breast Height), 30 ft tall, with a spread of
approximately 15 ft. The tree shows multiple outward signs of internal decay. Additionally, the
tree is less than one foot away from the primary structure. The combination of decay within the
trunk, the overall health of the tree and the proximity to the future home, I recommend the tree
be removed in an effort to mitigate future risk to the home and its residents.
