Pencil necking in trunks(over pruning resulting in
potassium deficiency)
previous spike use damage to trunks atlowing decay,and
death to outside tissue.
These trees are an unacceptable risk to people andlor
property.Tfie only way to avoid these risk is to remove
and replace these trees.
