To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Water oak tree that needs removal. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person and property. The tree is growing only a few feet from the
foundation of the home. The tree has root rot suffered from a lack of soil space for the roots to
grow. The tree is a high risk and should be removed.
