To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found one (1) Live oak tree that poses an unnecessary
risk to person and property. The tree is growing too close to the foundation of the home. There is
currently one inch from the tree to the foundation of the home. If the tree remains there will be
extensive damage in the future. The tree is a hazard to the property and should be removed.
