385 Garden Lane Arborist Letter ACCEPTED Till Joe Musgrove ISA Certified Arborist® FL-9674A Joe.lucastree(i.kgm ail.com (904)887-1492 February 21, 2023 Mike Hines 385 Garden Lane Atlantic Beach, FL 32233 In Re: Arborist letter To Whom it May Concern: Upon inspection of the property,I found a Live oak tree that needs to be removed. The tree is growing extremely close to the foundation of the house. There is a high risk the that if the tree is not removed,it will cause extensive damage to the side of the garage. There is no way to mitigate the risk below high. The target area for damage is the driveway, foundation of the garage and the siding on garage. It is inevitable that the tree will impact these features of the home. There is no way possible to correct the situation without removing the tree. the tree poses an unnecessary risk to the person or property and should be removed. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
