I have spent the majority of my professional career in upper
management participating and leading project teams and
committees made up of both direct reports and matrixed
resources. In all initiatives, we focused on collection of
appropriate measurable metrics in order to devise a roadmap
of achievable milestones based on facts versus antidotal inputs
or opinions. Socializing change is much easily accepted when
board/committee applying
for.

the message is understandably based on indisputable
narratives. I bring decades of experience in leading teams
through these exercises in both professional and non-profit
organizations with demonstrable results at each milestone
point throughout the projects.
I have lived in Atlantic Beach now for 12+ years, both on the
West and East sides of the city. And as such I have
experienced all of the pros and cons of how our city is currently
aligned. We are at the cusp of a significant need for a end-to-
end focus of how our vehicular and pedestrian traffic can
coexist with a primary focus on safety for all parties. I have a
strong passion for data mining and have always lead
successful projects based on accurate measurable metrics so
that not only are the "decision makers" making informed
decisions, but that all impacted groups can easily understand
the "why" behind the decisions.
