IS A NONPROFIT, COMMUNITY BOARD THAT
WORKS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE
SHARED ATLANTIC BEACH/NEPTUNE BEACH
CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT.
OUR GOAL IS TO PRESERVE THE UNIQUE
CHARACTER BLEND OF TWO TRADITIONAL
SEASIDE NEIGHBORHOODS JOINED BY A
CULTURAL TOWN CENTER ENJOYED BY
RESIDENTS, MERCHANTS AND VISITORS.

HISTORY
The Beaches Town Center Agency was started in i991 by
a few citizens from our community. The agency initially
began fundraising efforts to improve the Atlantic Beach
and Neptune Beach Central Business District.
The goal was to make the area more inviting and pedestrian
friendly with major enhancements in landscaping and public
amenities like park benches, bike racks, and brick sidewalks.
The Agency Board understood the residents and visitors who
came to "the corner" to enjoy shopping, dining and beach life
would benefit from cooperation, common goals and
VN shared objectives between the two cities.
CE N T E R Today the 20 member, all volunteer board is comprised of
residents, BTC business owners and representatives from
BEACH ESTOWNCENTER.COM both cities working to protect and enhance our shared
Town Center.
