In 2022, I served on the Mayor's Council for Health and Well -
Being. I am also a volunteer instructor for Yesha Taekwondo,
where I serve as the senior instructor for the Fort Caroline
location. I am currently a freelance writer and editor for the
Corum Group and the Editor Garden. I also spent many years
in the non-profit sector, performing reporting and analysis.

board/committee.
I am applying for the STOP committee because I want to
preserve Atlantic Beach as a city that welcomes everyone to
enjoy our parks and beaches, regardless of where they live. I
also want to continue to make our city as bike- and pedestrian -
friendly as possible. The upcoming East Coast Greenway
project along Mayport, for example, provides a great
opportunity to improve the safety of bicyclists and pedestrians,
particularly for those who live west of Mayport. As someone
who lives in this district, I have a particular interest in making
Mayport safer for bikes and pedestrians to cross. My hope is to
use my experience as a resident of this district to help improve
safety for all residents of Atlantic Beach.
