Mr. Courson referenced a Certificate of Title and Writ of Possession which are attached hereto and made part of this Official Record as Exhibit 1. Action: The lien shall be reduced to $50,000.00 payable within sixty (60) days and the Respondent/Bank shall work with the City of Atlantic Beach to remove the remaining violations (if any) in a timely manner.
