Magistrate Green called the meeting to order at 2:00 P.M.

Magistrate Green administered the Oath to the attendees, staff and respondents.

Testified: CE Officer Irirzarry
Respondent: Ryan Courson, representative on behalf of Cascade Funding Mortgage
Trust 1-1135 was present.
Mr. Courson referenced a Certificate of Title and Writ of Possession which are attached
hereto and made part of this Official Record as Exhibit 1.
Action: The lien shall be reduced to $50,000.00 payable within sixty (60) days and the
Respondent/Bank shall work with the City of Atlantic Beach to remove the remaining
violations (if any) in a timely manner.
