On Tuesday,July 11th,I performed a tree risk assessment on a 20"Red Maple located in the front yard @ 331
Ocean Walk Drive N. The tree is dead with evidence of borer activity. The tree is hazardous with failure
targets of people,cars and road. The likelihood of failure is imminent and the consequences of failure
Extreme. I recommend removal as soon as possible.
