To Whom It May Concern:
Upon my inspection of 176 16th St. my findings are as follows:
The queen palm located in the front yard is approximately 11-inch diameter.This palm shows signs of
disease and decay on the main lower trunk. There are also mushrooms present at the base of trunk on
ground which could be signs of root rot.This palm has a green full head however the main trunk has
cavities throughout. If this tree were to fail the target would be the house.This palm's risk rating is
moderate.
