Notes:
Please provide a site plan showing the proposed location of the covered patio area and
breezeway. Include setback distances to property lines and
dimensions. Also, show existing and proposed impervious surface coverage and identify
any trees/landscaping to be removed.
Please show on the site plan that required parking will be met. Required parking is one
parking space per 4 seats. Parking reductions are available per
section 24-161g.
Bicycle parking (racks) is required at a rate of one per 10 parking spaces required plus 2.
So 4 bicycle spaces are required and must be within 50 feet of the front door. Please show
that this will be met.
