Setbacks: If the patio & breezeway area will be covered with a roof, they must meet setbacks. The proposed does not meet the 5 foot side yard or 10
foot front yard setbacks. Note the front setback measurement on the site plan appears to be measuring past the front property line. If not covered with
a roof, no setbacks are required.
Impervious surface: Please show the square footage for ALL existing and proposed impervious coverage. Based on a survey, it appears the coverage is
likely over 70% which means additional impervious cannot be added unless an equal amount is removed elsewhere on site. Please revise to show
correct coverage calculations.
Landscaping: Required landscaping is proposed to be removed. Please show that an equal amount of landscape area, shrubs, and trees will be replaced
elsewhere on site. Note that there are more parking spaces than required so one or more can be removed for landscaping.

There appears to only be one tree where the patio is to be located. Plans show two to be removed. The palm trees should be on the neighboring
property and not included in this removal. Please confirm only the one tree is to be removed.
