CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Chair Arthur called the meeting to order at 6 p.m. Secretary Neville called the roll.
Committee Member Fanning advised that she is resigning from the committee effective
immediately. CM Killingsworth said he will advise Mayor Ford of the vacancy.
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. Approve minutes of the Safety, Traffic and Parking Committee meeting held on
October 19, 2023.
With no changes, the October 19, 2023 Safety, Traffic and Parking Committee Meeting
minutes were approved as submitted.
B. Approve minutes of the Safety, Traffic and Parking Committee meeting held on
November 16, 2023.
With no changes, the November 16, 2023 Safety, Traffic and Parking Committee
Meeting minutes were approved as submitted.
2. COURTESY OF THE FLOOR TO VISITORS
No visitors addressed the committee.
3. BEACH RENOURISHMENT FUNDING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM -PARKING
This item was postponed to a future meeting.

4. PRIORITY - PARKING STANDARDS
A. Safety, Traffic and Parking Committee Parking Standards Policy Questions
By consensus, the Committee generally agreed with the three policies as drafted.
Staff is to make tweaks and narrow the rights-of-way policy scope based on
feedback provided by the Committee.
5. ITEMS FOR NEXT AGENDA
A. Beach renourishment funding assistance program -parking
B. Priority -parking standards
C. Priority -paid parking
6. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further discussion, Chair Arthur declared the meeting adjourned at 8:09 p.m.
