97-19 v RESOLUTION NO. 97-19 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH ADOPTING THE FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR A SEWER LINE ON BEACH AVENUE, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, the City, by adoption of Resolution No. 97-8 on March 24, 1997, levied special assessments for a sewer line to serve the property owners between 16th and 20th Streets on Beach Avenue, and on sections of Dewees Avenue, Shell Street, Coquina Place, Ocean Boulevard and Seminole Road, and WHEREAS, the city has provided notice by mail and by publication, and held public hearings as required by Florida Statutes, Chapter 170. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach, as follows: Section 1. The City Commission hereby adopts the assessment roll attached hereto as Exhibit A, as the final assessment roll for the installation of a sewer line on Beach Avenue. Section 2. The unit of measurement for the assessment is per front foot and the rate of the assessment is $34.053 per front foot. Section 3.
