WHEREAS, Richard Cox has on two separate occasions conducted computer classes
for city employees; and
WHEREAS, Richard Cox has given most generously of his time, talents, and energy for
the benefit of the employees of the City of Atlantic Beach; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission recognizes that these classes have resulted in a more
knowledgeable and successful staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Commission of Atlantic Beach,
Florida, does hereby express its sincere appreciation and heartfelt gratitude for the contributions
of Richard Cox.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution of recognition and
appreciation be spread upon the official minutes of the City of Atlantic Beach and a certified copy
hereof be furnished to Richard Cox.
Adopted by the City Commission of Atlantic Beach, Florida, this 13th day of May, 1996.
