A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH CHANGING THE
NAME OF THE ARTS AND ENTERTAINMENT BOARD TO THE CULTURAL
ARTS BOARD, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Arts and Entertainment Board was created by
Resolution No. 94-10, passed by the City Commission of Atlantic
Beach on March 14, 1994, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Commission to change the
name of said board to the Cultural Arts Board.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Commission of the
City of Atlantic Beach as follows :
SECTION 1 . The name of the Arts and Entertainment Board is
hereby changed to the Cultural Arts Board, by which name it shall
hereafter be known.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its final passage and adoption.
PASSED by the City Commission this 24th day of April, 1995.
