Re:Assessment Sycamore Tree
Ms. Hathaway and Mr. Humphries,
The necessary removal of one 32."DBH sycamore tree located along the rear fence line due
to unacceptable amount of upper canopy decay, dominant lean and continual loss of large leads
and limbs unto adjacent neighboring properties.
The root intrusion probability affecting the LP gas line approximately 10' from the base of tree.
Should the above tree fail during normal weather events, either by canopy failure or uproot the
above sycamore tree will cause unacceptable damage to a high value target and occupants of the
neighboring properties.
The sycamore tree should be considered for removal as trimming will not reduce the risk of
failure from moderate to low.
