Re:Assessment Southern Magnolia Tree
Mr. and Mrs. Spiegel,
Necessary removal of one 40"DBH Southern Magnolia Tree with a multi codominant trunk
located at the right side of the property.The above tree is confined between homes,with root
intrusion,visibly affecting the plumbing and utilities to home.The root system is confined and
within three feet of the foundation creating a potential uproot hazard to home and the right side
neighboring property during normal weather events.
Trimming and pruning of the above tree will not reduce the failure potential of a future uproot or
future unacceptable damage to the property and home The Southern Magnolia Tree should be
considered for removal per pursuant to Florida Statute§ 163.045.
