Your withdrawal has been received and will be processed accordingly.
Since you indicated, during our discussion yesterday, that you have not received funds or made any expenditures, you
will need to complete and file the attached Waiver of Report (Form DS-DE 87). I spoke to Ciara at the Supervisor of
Elections about whether a termination report is necessary for this scenario. She suggested that both the quarterly
report (2024-Q1) and a termination report (2024-TRW) be filed.
Therefore, the following reports are due:

Hi Donna!
Thank you so much for your help. I have been talking to so many around the community in
preparation for my campaign launch. I've been so excited to throw my hat in the ring that it pains me
to say the more I research about Form 6, the more it just feels like almost a privacy violation. I always

feel like I am an open book, but this level of personal finance disclosure feels extreme. It truly does
pain me to make the decision to rescind my application, but my husband and I have really talked it
over.
