This letter is in regards to the current status and condition of the
Water oak (Quercus nigra) tree at the Grunthal residence at 459 Ocean
Boulevard in Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233.
This marked (pink ribbon) Water oak tree is located on the east side of
the house. It is easily seen from the backside of the house (its Beach
Avenue entrance). After years of properly maintaining this tree, it has
reached the end of its life span and is clearly dead. The tree leans well
over the house and now poses an undisputable liability. To avoid
significant damage to the house it should be removed as soon as
possible.
