A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA, INCREASING THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS OF
THE ARTS AND ENTERTAINMENT ADVISORY BOARD,
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, on March 14, 1994, the City Commission adopted
Resolution No. 94-10 which created the Arts and Entertainment
Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, the Arts & Entertainment Advisory Board as created,
was to be composed of seven ( 7 ) members appointed by the Mayor and
confirmed by the City Commission, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has expressed a desire to
increase the composition of the board to nine ( 9 ) members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the
City of Atlantic Beach, as follows:
Section 1 . The Arts and Entertainment Advisory Board of
the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida, shall be composed of nine ( 9 )
members appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City
Commission.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its final passage and adoption.
