RESOLUTION NO. 94-21
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING CERTAIN MONIES BETWEEN FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Charter of the City of Atlantic Beach
requires that the City Commission approve all budgetary increases
and transfers from one fund to another, and
WHEREAS, the nature of budgetary systems and those day to day
decisions affecting such budgetary systems require adjustment from
time to time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the
City of Atlantic Beach, that the attached Budget Adjustment No. BA
94-21 be approved for the 1993-94 budget.
Adopted by the City Commission this 13th day of June, 1994.

Dear Greg:
The settlement was informally approved last night at the City
Commission budget meeting and there will be a resolution on the
agenda at the next regular meeting on June 13 , 1994. The resolu-
tion will authorize transfer of funds to pay the settlement and the
funds should be available within a day or so after that meeting.
I have reviewed the draft of tie Settlement Agreement and Mutual
Releases which you sent and it is acceptable. I am faxing herewith
a marked copy of your proposed letter to be signed by the Mayor and
City Manager with the requested changes. Please contact me to
discuss these changes. When we get the letter in final form, I can
have it signed at the meeting on June 13 . This will confirm that
the original letter and check should be sent directly to your
client. I will, of course, provide you with copies of both
documents.
