WHEREAS, Henry Batts has served the people of the City of
Atlantic Beach as a member of the Recreation Advisory Board since
its inception in 1989; and
WHEREAS, Henry Batts did serve effectively and efficiently and
gave most generously of his talents, time and energy to improve the
quality of life for the citizens of Atlantic Beach.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH:
Section 1. That the City Commission does hereby express
its deep appreciation for the competent, loyal and dedicated
service of Henry Batts.
Section 2. That a copy of this Resolution be spread upon
the official minutes of the City of Atlantic Beach, and a certified
copy hereof be furnished to Henry Batts.
ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach,
Florida, this 10th day of October, 1994.
