WHEREAS, Carolyn Woods has served the people of the City of
Atlantic Beach as a member of the Tree Conservation Board since its
inception in 1990; and
WHEREAS, Carolyn Woods was instrumental in developing an
increased public awareness of the importance of tree conservation,
and, as a landscape architect, possessed a level of expertise which
was most valuable to the board; and
WHEREAS, Carolyn Woods did serve effectively and efficiently
and gave most generously of her skills, time and energy to improve
the quality of life for the citizens of Atlantic Beach.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH:
Section 1. That the City Commission does hereby express
its deep appreciation for the competent, loyal and dedicated
service of Carolyn Woods.
Section 2. That a copy of this Resolution be spread upon
the official minutes of the City of Atlantic Beach, and a certified
copy hereof be furnished to Carolyn Woods.
