A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO TAKE ALL
ACTION DEEMED NECESSARY TO FILE APPLICATIONS
FOR STATE REVOLVING LOANS FROM THE FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATION FOR SEWER
PROJECTS FOR ATLANTIC BEACH AND BUCCANEER SEWER
FACILITIES .
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Commission of the
City of Atlantic Beach as follows :
SECTION 1 . The City Manager is hereby directed and authorized
to take all action necessary to file applications as required by
DER for the State Revolving Loan Fund for improvements of the sewer
facilities for the Atlantic Beach and the Buccaneer sewer
operations .
