This letter is in regards to the current status and condition of one
multi-stemmed Live oak (Quercus virginiana) tree located at the
Harvey residence at 1667 Park Terrace East Atlantic Beach, Florida
32233.
The tree is located in the front yard/left side (northwest corner) and is
dead. I confirmed the trees expiration 9 months ago but the
homeowner wanted to hold out in case of a recovery. In order to avoid
further danger and possible damage to the house it is recommended
the tree be removed as soon as possible.
