In Re: Arborist letter
To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found three trees that had been removed recently by a
tree service. From what I could visibly see from the stumps of the trees they were hazardous to
he property. They each poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The Pintu Palm was
growing extremely close to the house. This was evident by the markings and holes the tree has
caused to the gutters and side of the roof. The tree needed to be removed. The two Water Oaks
that were removed had severe root and trunk damage. This was evident by the rotted cavities that
can be seen in the stumps that were left behind. These trees would've been major hazards to the
property and should have been removed.
