To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Live Oak that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree is completely dead and the branches are
starting to rot. The tree is leaning over the driveway and is a major threat to the property. The
tree should be removed.
