To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Water Oak that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree is full of dead branches that hang over
the house on the property. The tree also has holes in the trunk where visible rot can be seen on
the inside of the tree. The tree is growing in close proximity to the home and is a hazard to the
property. The tree should be removed.
