Activities •Face Painting (1) •Music by North Florida Folk Network •Vendor Booths (47) 6. What worked well. •Having multiple volunteers assisting in passing out programs, giving artists breaks, manning the Recreation table •Having ABPD volunteers assist with traffic and parking •The spacing of the booths – instead of 10x10, we planned out 12x12 so vendors would have enough room to set up and move around. •Adding the info booths with the vendors instead of on the other side of the park provided more flow when attendees were walking. •Serving breakfast for artists at the food truck. 7. What I thought was NOT successful. Need to adjust the food tickets given to vendors (provided in an email) that states which food truck to use it at and what timeframe. The map still needs to be adjusted, as placement of tents do not lineup with throughways when artists are picking where they want their booth to be. 8. Recommendations for improvement for future events. Add benches to the east side of the park so there is more seating if attendees get tired. Print out more brochures – 500 Have info sheet where potential vendors can provide their contact info for future shows. APPROVAL AND AUTHORITY TO PROCEED We approve the project as described above, and authorize the team to proceed. Name Title Date Agenda Item #4.B. 09 May 2023 Page 8 of 8
