To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Water Oak that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree has a large hole in the trunk where
visible rot can be seen on the inside of the tree. The tree has a double trunk and the hole is at the
crotch where the trunks come together. This is extremely dangerous because the tree can break
and split at the crotch sending both leads in different directions. Tree is growing in close
proximity to the home and power lines. The tree is a hazard to the property and should be
removed.
