A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH
COMMENDING THE CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS OF THE
SOLID WASTE COMMITTEE FOR DOING AN OUTSTANDING
JOB IN STAGING THIS YEAR ' S RECYCLERAMA.
WHEREAS , the members of the Atlantic Beach Solid Waste
Committee gave freely of their time to develop the Recyclerama
and,
WHEREAS , these members spent many long hours in planning
meetings on behalf of our city, and
WHEREAS , the Committee ' s hard work led to a successful
festival on the 4th of July for the residents of Atlantic Beach,
and
WHEREAS , the festival served as a successful recycling
educational experience for the citizens of Atlantic Beach,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Commission of the
City of Atlantic Beach as follows :
SECTION 1 . The City wishes to express its recognition and
appreciation to the members of the Committee - Allison Johnson, Bob
Kosoy, J. P . Marchioli , VernWeatherford and Theresa Blanchard
(staff) .
SECTION 2 . The City commends Theresa Todd for her tireless
leadership in organizing the festival together.
SECTION 3 . That a true copy of this resolution be made a
part of the permanent records of the City of Atlantic Beach
